I am an artist and illustrator. I would love to collaborate with someone who is seeking commissioned artwork or children's picture book illustrations. My art style is primarily comic/cartoon, although I can produce works in other styles when needed.
I am an emerging artist and children's picture book illustrator and can offer my skills as an artist at a lower price point without sacrificing quality.

What about partnering with someone who creates educational materials for children? Teachers often have excellent stories and lesson ideas but no illustration skills. A short comic explaining fractions, recycling or even how local government works could be sold to schools or parents. You could start with just one topic and see whether it finds an audience.
