Excel dashboards and automated reports for your small business
Posted by Jason K. · Location-independent
I build Excel and Google Sheets dashboards and reports that update when you paste in new data. Sales, labor, inventory and KPIs against your targets, with clear colors for what’s on track and what isn’t. I can also set up a weekly report that emails itself to your team, and turn messy exports into one clean table.
Reporting and analytics is my day job, so I build around the decisions a business needs to make.
A few ways we could work together:
You run a shop, a service business or a small team and you’re tracking things by hand. I build the dashboard, and you let me use a version with fake numbers as a sample.
You have an audience of small business owners. I build a free template for them, and your readers get something useful.
You sell a product or service and want a calculator or tracker to go with it. I build it, and you offer it to your customers.
Open to other ideas too.

Why I’m posting this
I’d like to put my reporting skills to work outside my day job and build things that help small businesses.

Everything is done remotely and in writing, so no calls are needed but we can do get on a call if you find it to be absolutely necessary. I don’t need access to your systems; an export or a copy with fake numbers is enough. I build the reports and tools, but I don’t give tax, payroll or accounting advice.
Free public Ideas
A maker selling at markets could use a simple “was this event worth doing?” tracker: stall fee, travel, stock sold and hours worked.
A market organiser could offer it to exhibitors under a partnership with you.
I would say that overall it fits your export-based approach and somehow gives sellers a concrete decision to make: which events deserve another booking?
Ideas are free public suggestions. Proposals are paid and private and are never shown here.
