Game Dev, Visual Artist, Video Game Team Up!

I would like to find a visual artist that has animations and scenes ready that they want to see put in a simple video game. Ideally these scenes have layers like you see in 2d video games. So you can be running on one part of the scene and the background moves at a different speed because of how far away the character is from it to create a more immersive experience. Looking for a very casual work environment because I’m quite busy. I’d be open to monetizing a game but I am mainly trying to gain experience in this type of team. I would be happy to release the game for free too. Also I wanted to add the animations have to work with the drawings I would like you to think about the levels of a game you want created and how your animations and drawings build that world because that is what will create it visually. If interested lmk. Also I will not be using ai for this development, I am a reasonably experienced programer. I only want to work with adults as well.
