I built a control room that runs many AI coding agents for my studio. What else could it become?

I have a working control room for running many AI coding agents at once. I built it over the last months to run my own small web and app studio (Design Master, clients in Brazil and the US), and it is used every day for real client work. It lives on one Mac. A local dashboard gives each agent (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and a few other command line tools) its own terminal. Before touching a file, an agent declares it on a shared board, so two agents never edit the same thing. Deploys wait in a queue, one per destination. Scheduled agents wake up on their own every hour or two to fix bugs, ship app updates, check sites and clear routine alerts, and each one leaves a written log of what it did. Real phones and tablets sit next to it, so agents test what they build on actual devices instead of guessing. It is not a product. It is a pile of scripts, written rules and lessons from many small failures. What I don't know is what else it could become: an open source toolkit, a setup service for other small agencies, a short course, a book of the rules that made agents stop breaking things, or something I haven't thought of. Ideas welcome.

Why I’m posting this

It runs my studio every day, and I keep wondering whether other small teams could use what it taught me.

how do you handle the security side of it? curious how much access the agents get

The most valuable part might not be the scripts at all, but your collection of failures and the rules that came out of them. What if you published ten real incidents where agents broke something, along with the safeguards you introduced? That could attract exactly the sort of agencies that would eventually pay you to set up their own system
