I built a small tool that helps people plan a mini event for a friend: it asks what the guest likes, then lays out a short plan of stops. It started as a personal side project and works, but it’s just sitting there. I’d love to find someone who plans dates, birthdays or small gatherings and wants to turn it into something real together. Open to ideas.

How does it work? Is it just the person organising the event who uses it for planning or does it involve the guests? A bit more information would help to get better the idea and any possible applications and ways to grow this.
In my opinion a hotel concierge could test it with guests planning a birthday afternoon in one neighbourhood. They bring local knowledge and check opening times; your app assembles the preferences into a route. One city and a handful of reliable venues would make a manageable paid pilot.
