I built an AI customer-support chatbot and want to put it to work for a real business

Posted by CoSell member · Location-independent

I built Aria, a customer-support chatbot for a fictional internet provider. It has a polished chat window, quick-reply buttons, order-number lookup, answers that cite their help-article sources, and a hand-off to a human agent. Right now it runs offline on simple keyword matching, and it's set up so the "brain" can be swapped for a real AI model trained on a business's own help docs. It's been sitting in my portfolio doing nothing. I'd love to team up with a small business, shop owner or community group that's drowning in repeat questions. You bring real FAQs and customer messages, I bring the bot and my CS/AI background (NLP is my focus), and together we turn it into something that actually answers your customers. I'm also open to a co-builder who wants to turn it into a product.

Why I’m posting this

A finished AI chatbot is sitting idle in my portfolio, and I want to see it help a real business.

What about targeting small museums or tourist attractions? They get the same questions constantly: opening hours, ticket prices, parking, accessibility, group visits. Most don't have the budget for a sophisticated support system, but a chatbot trained on a handful of documents could be genuinely useful. You could even offer one a free pilot in exchange for a case study.
