Maybe it could help a student or new creator, a small business shooting its own product photos, a photo walk or workshop, a shared project with another photographer, a swap, or an idea I haven’t thought of.

I feel guilty about not using these expensive lenses as much as I want to, even though I love photography

Wide lens for small town real estate agents? lots of them shoot listings on their phones anyway
Just about any business nowadays need good pics for their social media, the effort to get them to rent your lens and the risks associated with leaving it with someone etc. - maybe you're just better off trying yourself to get a few jobs taking pictures and selling them on the spot? Can be in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or just people walking by struggling to take decent photos for their insta - just ask if they want you to take few good shots for $x and send over on the spot. Do that for a day or two, if it works - can hire someone to do it for you or just do it in your spare time, not sure what sort of income would make sense to justify the effort but it could be a fun thing to try?
A local maker could join you for a comparison shoot showing what each lens adds to product photos. They bring the products and styling; you bring the kit and photography. Listing the exact lenses and compatible mounts would help someone judge whether their phone can use them.
