I have a few hours free to review a business process or SOP.

I have background in developing and improving business and technology processes, procedures, and operational workflows. I have some free time I could use to look over a small business process or existing SOP and suggest ways to make it clearer, simpler, or more efficient.

family businesses where everything is in the owner’s head (and they’re thinking of retiring) could be a good one
Your experience applied to businesses has a lot of competition. If you take it elsewhere where nobody would think to call it SOP you have next to zero competition. Random examples off the top of my head - wedding planning (gazillion moving parts and one shot at getting it right), pretty much any volunteer/charity project (from personal experience their processes are a mess, they have all the reasons and excuses for it but doesn't change the fact they are), schools/anything education related (and they have budgets, private schools especially), and a gloomy one but hey, life is life - SOP for a "hit by a bus" scenario - for just about anyone - most business owners have 0 setup for what happens if they drop dead tomorrow.
Ideas are free public suggestions. Proposals are paid and private and are never shown here.
