Tsani suggested pairing your POS with my WhatsApp assistant, and I think it fits: a lot of café and restaurant customers would rather send a WhatsApp message than open an app. The assistant answers from the venue's own menu and hours, in Hindi, Hinglish or English, takes the order or the table booking, and hands anything unusual to the staff with a summary. If your POS can receive orders from outside (an API, a webhook, or even an email it reads), the order could land straight in your POS. Venues you sign up would get WhatsApp ordering on top of the free POS.
