I have a missed-call text-back system that books jobs for local businesses, plus hours to set it up

I have a working missed-call text-back and booking system for local service businesses, built in GoHighLevel, and spare hours to set it up for more of them. What it does: when a business misses a call, the caller gets a text within seconds, the conversation keeps going by text, and the customer can book a time on the calendar without anyone picking up the phone. It also sends appointment reminders and review requests after the job. I run it today for cleaning companies and home-service businesses through my company, First Answer. What I have ready: the automation templates, the setup checklist and the text scripts that get a lead to reply. A full setup takes me about a day. Available evenings and weekends, Central time, remote. It fits any business in the US that lives on phone calls: cleaners, HVAC, plumbers, landscapers, salons, insurance agents. Open to: setting it up for one business as a one-time project, a partnership with an agency or marketer whose clients miss calls, a trade for services, or revenue share on the jobs it recovers. If you have the customers and I have the system, that could be a good fit.

Why I’m posting this

Businesses keep missing calls and losing jobs. I built the fix and would rather run it with a partner than let it sit.

Included

Setup of the full missed-call text-back flow in your GoHighLevel account (or one I provide): the instant text-back, the follow-up sequence, a booking calendar with reminders, and a review request after the job. I write the text scripts, test it with real calls, and record a short walkthrough so your team knows what happens when.

Boundaries

Evenings and weekends, Central time, remote. One setup at a time so it gets done right. GoHighLevel subscription is yours or shared under an agreed split. No cold-call lists, no spam texting; the system only texts people who called you first.

Key details

How it works: a missed call triggers a text within seconds, the lead replies, the conversation continues by text, and the customer books a time on your calendar. Follow-ups go out automatically until they book or say no. I set this up today for cleaning companies and home-service businesses through First Answer, my own company. Setup usually takes a day; you need a business phone number that can text (I can set one up inside GoHighLevel). Works for any US business that lives on phone calls.

Good to know

Happy to show it working live on a short call before anything is agreed.

Free public Ideas

A local-search marketer could be a strong partner because missed calls undermine the leads they already generate. Pilot it with one client and distinguish booked jobs from jobs actually completed. An agreed attribution period would make any revenue share easier to manage.
