Love this. I build dashboards and reports for small businesses (Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI). Automations are great at moving the data; a simple dashboard on top shows the owner what it's doing for them. Since you mentioned real estate, an agent could help test a viewing-confirmation workflow: collect availability, send reminders and flag unanswered messages for a person. Keep the first version to one agent’s calendar. That seems a manageable use of ten hours a week with a clear measure of usefulness.
