I've built an Instagram booking bot. Someone messages a business, the bot asks a few qualifying questions, sends a booking link, and follows up if they go quiet. The part I like best is the handoff: when a team member is assigned to the conversation, the bot switches itself off, so it never talks over a real person.
If you have an Instagram account where people already message you, like a coach, a salon, a studio, or a small shop, I’d like to hear what your inbox looks like and whether something like this could fit.

Nice setup. One thing your clients would probably love: a simple weekly view of DMs in, calls booked and show-up rate, so they can see the bot paying for itself. I build those dashboards for small businesses and would be glad to bundle one with your setups or swap referrals. — Daniel, Seven Studios
A tattoo studio could be an interesting test because enquiries need a few details before an artist can respond: placement, approximate size, reference and availability. Your handoff feature seems especially useful there. The studio could judge success by better-prepared consultations rather than simply more automated replies.
