What about approaching real estate agents who sell properties that need renovation? You could create a few realistic 3D visualizations showing what an outdated apartment could look like after renovation, perhaps with different budgets. Buyers often struggle to see the potential of an empty or dated property, and an agent could offer this as an additional service. Your AutoCAD and SketchUp experience would be useful for making the proposals more credible.
