Let’s Turn Reporting Headaches Into A Clear Plan

Are you or your clients rebuilding monthly reports from exports and spreadsheets?
Through ByteSmart, I'm looking to collaborate with bookkeepers, fractional finance leaders, and operations advisers on practical reporting projects. Business owners looking for help directly are welcome too.
I managed procurement reporting at WORLDPAC, including monthly executive and board reports, and built data models in Snowflake and self-service reporting in Power BI.
One useful starting point: preserve original exports and log adjustments separately by reporting period, amount, and reason. That makes reconciliation easier.
You bring the business context; I bring data infrastructure and reporting experience. We can start with a scoped, paid review of your reporting setup or a client’s. You’ll get a clear picture of what’s working, where the gaps are, and a prioritized path forward. From there, we can explore implementing improvements together.
Have a reporting challenge in mind? Let’s compare notes and see where we could help each other!

Well, I would imagine that a bookkeeper handling several businesses on the same accounting package could help you turn that paid review into a repeatable offer. What if you start with one client and identify which reconciliation steps recur elsewhere. Then the bookkeeper keeps the financial context and client relationship; so you build the reporting process. Your separate adjustment log would also make handovers much easier afterwards
Could expand and offer both clean accounting records and useful management reporting.
