My lottery data website needs the right partner to become something great
Posted by Shane · Location-independent
Hello, I have a website that I would like to sell or work with the right person to make adjustments to the concept, market it and have it become profitable.
It is a lottery number website called lottopickle. This is not a gambling site it's more of a data science kind of thing. Its has many previous years of lottery numbers and breaks them down into a easy to read and visual representation of what the lottery outcomes have been over time, this includes how often certain numbers have appeared together and how often certain numbers are recurring..
This is a subscription based site with some items being free to use. I would like to see this become something that people would like to use and get more subscribers.
What ideas do you have to turn this site into something great?
Maybe you know the right person who would like to purchase this site for their own venture.
This site is live and can be viewed at https://lottopickle.com

Looks like it was vibe coded, which nowadays is the easy part. Distribution is everything. Maybe partner with other sites that already have your audience? And if you don't have an audience of your own yet, first things first, build one so you have something to trade with others.
I know, sounds boring, but it's basic Web 101.
Suggested post: I run a newsletter for self-directed investors looking to swap features with travel, productivity, and money creators.
Gambling companies have huge budgets for sites with some authority, potential, links etc. - maybe try to approach some if you haven't already? Probably pointless going for the biggest ones but worth a try with some maybe local to you or/and smaller ones, it's a huge market.
Have you considered repositioning the project as a tool for teaching statistics and probability? Lottery results are an excellent way to demonstrate randomness, the gambler's fallacy and why patterns in historical data don't necessarily predict future outcomes. You already have the datasets and visualizations.
A statistics teacher or educational content creator might be an interesting partner, and you could potentially develop interactive exercises or license the tool to educational platforms.
