Software engineer looking for a small business partner to build and test an AI automation

I'm a software engineer and longtime business owner with experience developing AI systems and automating workflows. I'm looking to collaborate with a small business that has a specific, repetitive process we could automate together. For example, I'd like to build a system that handles incoming customer inquiries, extracts the relevant information, updates a CRM or spreadsheet, drafts responses, and schedules follow-ups for staff approval. An ideal partner would be a service business, agency, or small organization already handling these tasks manually. I'd contribute the technical development and AI integration. My partner would contribute knowledge of their business processes, access to a real workflow for testing, and feedback on the results. We'd start with one defined process, build a working pilot, and measure whether it saves time or reduces manual work. If successful, we could discuss expanding the system or offering it to similar businesses together.
