Twelve finished, working software builds sitting on a shelf. Every one of them is live at a real URL right now: a dental clinic redesign, a solar installer site, a retreat promo film, an OCR tool that reads race results slips, a voice agent you can actually talk to, a household budget workbench, a travel planner, a trio of design concepts, and two hackathon apps. Sites, films and tools - each one designed, coded, tested and deployed, then left behind when its contest or experiment ended. Pick any one of them today and it still runs.

Hi! I run Vision Entertainment (reaching 1M+ people on YouTube across the US and Ethiopia) and build end-to-end AI automation workflows, websites, and apps using Node.js, Python, n8n, SQL, and API integrations. Idea: package a few of your twelve builds (e.g. the voice agent and OCR tool) as short demo videos and walkthroughs for YouTube, and I can add automated intake/workflow integrations so each build becomes a lead-generating showcase.
Great choice - the voice agent is the more complete of the two. Your questions, in order:
Integrations: it ships Twilio-in (any Twilio number) and writes structured leads out to Bitrix24 via webhook. The write-out is swappable - Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho or a custom webhook - once we know where your intake lands.
Ownership: full code ownership transfers to you on completion, delivered as a private repo with install docs. MIT licence, no lock-in.
Hosting: it installs on your own small VPS (about USD 5-10/month) plus a Twilio number (about USD 1-2/month plus per-minute rates). I don't host it and there is no markup on your platform costs. The speech model runs CPU-only, so no big server needed.
Support: 30 days of fixes on the delivered scope is included. Anything beyond that - new features, extra integrations - is scoped and priced as its own project.
The standard build (your Twilio number to a working agent that lands structured enquiries in Bitrix24 or Google Sheets, installed on your VPS, walkthrough notes and a demo script included) is USD 400 fixed.
