We're a Maryland real estate company that buys, renovates and resells houses (fix & flip). We also do home remodeling, new construction and rental investment support across Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Howard, Prince George's, Frederick and Harford counties. A good flip is a team sport: someone spots the house, someone backs it, someone fixes it, someone sells it. We'd love to meet people who could be part of that: investors who want to be involved in a real renovation project, real estate groups who come across homes that need work, or homeowners with a property that's been sitting empty and underused.
