Good match, thanks. A café POS already knows the menu and the tables, so the assistant could take a WhatsApp order or a booking and drop it straight into the POS instead of a sheet, in Hindi, Hinglish or English. I'll look at Shawal's listing and ask him how his POS takes orders from outside.
