Actually what I read as the strongest thing here isn't the Hindi or English - it’s Hinglish. Most bots can handle a language but very few (haven't heard of any actually?) can handle people switching mid-sentence, which is how a huge share of customers actually type! Probably better to sell it as a monthly service per shop - you set up in a day, you maintains the FAQ, the owner just reads the escalations? A lot of scary stories already about bots giving money away, so business owners want a bot that won't do that even more than they want a clever one. “It never approves a refund, it only queues them for you” - is a huge selling point,.
