Award-winning author with a memoir on the way and time to share. What could we do together?

I’m an award-winning writer. My memoir is being published soon, and I’ve self-published two novels. I’m semi-retired, with lots of writing and story development experience and time to put it to use. An excerpt from the memoir is attached.
I’m especially good at beta reading memoirs and novels in progress, and happy to agree a flat rate for that. But I’d love to hear other ideas too: mentoring a new writer, co-writing, workshops for a community or group, developing a story with someone who has one to tell, or something I haven’t thought of.
