Public Ideas — How can I monetize a 2 acre open property inside the city of Atlanta limits (Sandy Springs)?

This looks lovely! It would depend on what your tastes too I would imagine? We recently got some property with a lot of land and were wondering too what to do - I like just having space to ourselves out in the countryside but would be good to do something interesting and monetize too...so in our case my thinking was start from what I would not want to do. I don't want the responsibility of taking care of other people's kids - since having some kid vacation camps is popular - that was immediately a no. I don't want to be tied up to being there full time either - so has to be something that can function more or less without us there full time. It's important to me to give back and we all love sport and running in particular - so we came down to having a place where runners can come train, camping for their families to have fun while they do so and rehabilitation center for veterans. So I guess, question to you - what is your "no way" list and what is important to you?
