Public Ideas — I have a flexible space available in East Brunswick, NJ.

You could easily turn this into a co-working office space and rent it for extra cash until you decide on a more permanent solution.

What if you offered the space to local online sellers for product photography and packing days? Many small Etsy or eBay sellers work out of their homes and occasionally need somewhere bigger to photograph inventory or prepare a large batch of orders. Would the space allow short-term access rather than a long lease?
