I have human-centered design (HCD) experience for web and digital products and a few free hours a week

I have human-centered design (HCD) training for reviewing/improving digital products and websites, and some extra time to share it each week. Who else can I help figure out how to improve their digital offerings, whether solopreneur, startup team, or company?

A disclaimer: An idea to differentiate yourself and I'm not sure that makes any sense! Here goes. Focus on how people in their 70s and 80s experience websites and apps. You could invite a few seniors to test digital products, observe where they struggle, and offer businesses practical ways to improve. My guessis you'd uncover things that younger designers and developers routinely overlook, and in the process, might carve a niche that is often overlooked.

What about specializing in abandoned checkout processes? Small online businesses often spend money attracting visitors but have no idea how many customers give up because their checkout is confusing. You could review the process, identify unnecessary steps and show owners where they're losing potential sales. The commercial benefit would be fairly easy to explain, and you could build a nice collection of before-and-after examples.
