I’ve built proven workflow systems from 5 years as an executive assistant. Who could grow this with me?

I’m launching an operational support and workflow business for fast-growing companies, founders and executives. The problem it solves is the admin bottleneck that slows lean teams down: lead generation, CRM tracking, calendar and email management, and client onboarding.
I bring over five years as an executive virtual assistant, ready-made operational templates, proven workflow systems built on tools like Trello and Google Workspace, and experience coordinating projects with many stakeholders.
I’d love to hear how this could grow: partnering with an agency or consultancy, joining forces with other assistants, packaging the templates and systems as a product, teaming up with a founder community, or an idea I haven’t considered.

can try podcasters, they drown in admin - guest booking, sponsors, scheduling. that’s basically your whole skill set
Packaging those as a product is probably the best way to go, you can do two packages - basic you give for free - for lead gen - get people's emails; and the more extensive package that you would be upselling + hands-on involvement if they wish all done for them.
Also, you are saying what you do - people don't get that, they have a problem and sure, you are selling the solution but all they see is their problem, so calling it "workflow system" makes it hard to get - "I know how to get the chaos out of your business and into a system that runs without you" - that I get.
I would also pick a niche not try to serve everyone, it's much harder. You must have something you are personally passionate about, particular type of clients you like working - can be the size of the organisation (I help small business owners solve xyz....), can be the industry (I help real estate agents solve xyz...) etc - something you actually know inside out or like - that will help you understand and address their needs more naturally.

What about offering a "business handover" package? When a small company hires its first employee, the founder suddenly has to explain years of undocumented processes. You could turn all that knowledge into proper procedures, checklists and onboarding materials. Very specific problem, and probably quite painful for the people facing it.
