Idea replies — I’ve built proven workflow systems from 5 years as an executive assistant. Who could grow this with me?

Packaging those as a product is probably the best way to go, you can do two packages - basic you give for free - for lead gen - get people's emails; and the more extensive package that you would be upselling + hands-on involvement if they wish all done for them. Also, you are saying what you do - people don't get that, they have a problem and sure, you are selling the solution but all they see is their problem, so calling it "workflow system" makes it hard to get - "I know how to get the chaos out of your business and into a system that runs without you" - that I get. I would also pick a niche not try to serve everyone, it's much harder. You must have something you are personally passionate about, particular type of clients you like working - can be the size of the organisation (I help small business owners solve xyz....), can be the industry (I help real estate agents solve xyz...) etc - something you actually know inside out or like - that will help you understand and address their needs more naturally.
